The really useful range of kayaking kit

The Sea Compendium

An invaluable learning resource for all the British Canoeing Sea and Navigation Awards and anyone venturing on to the sea in any type of watercraft comprising  a series of video presentations that explain a wide range of Sea Navigation, Weather, VHF and other sea related skills and phenomena, produced by Andy Stamp.

Andy Stamp is a BC Level 5 Coach (sea) and a former Associate Professor in electronics at Plymouth University.

The original version of the ‘Sea Kayak Companion’ has been unavailable for a number of years. However, Andy has now revised and updated all of the original animated presentations, which now fall in line with, and support, the new British Canoeing Sea Kayak Awards. They are offered for sale in 3 volumes each one adding new presentations to the previous volume.

‘The Basics’ covers the theory required for the ‘Sea Kayak Award’.

‘Coastal Paddling’ adds the additional theory for the ‘Coastal Sea Kayak Award’ and ‘Sea Kayak Leader Award’.

‘Open Water Paddling’ adds yet more theory to cover the ‘Advanced Sea Kayak Award’ and ‘Advanced Sea Kayak Leader Award’.

Please note the Sea Compendium is ONLY available as online viewing via a one-off membership subscription. It is NOT DOWNLOADABLE nor available on DVD.
